Automatic Warehouse Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped based on the customer's delivery country and real-time inventory availability across our fulfillment centers:

• U.S. Customers: Delivery time and shipping origin depend on the specific warehouse holding the product inventory. Items fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse are delivered within 3 to 8 business days. Items fulfilled from our international partner centers (such as our China warehouse) are delivered within 9 to 19 business days. The applicable shipping time and origin are clearly specified on each product page before checkout.

If there is an exceptional supply chain delay with no fast shipping route available, our team will proactively contact you with an updated estimated delivery date.

How to Cancel an Order

Because we process orders immediately to ensure the fastest dispatch, order cancellations are only guaranteed within 6 hours of purchase. You can initiate a cancellation request through two channels:

• From your Trend Those Account: Log in at trendthose.com/my-account, go to Orders, select your active order, and click “Cancel Order”.
• By Email Support: Send an email to support@trendthose.com with your order number. To protect your security, please use the same email address that was used to place the order.

Once your cancellation is confirmed and processed within the 6-hour window, a full refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.

If Customer Does Not Cancel

If a cancellation request is not submitted within the 6-hour window or before dispatch, the order will continue to process automatically using our priority fulfillment rules to ensure prompt delivery. This may include routing the shipment from our next available international fulfillment center.
