💵 Currency & Pricing

• All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default.
• Our system automatically detects your location and displays prices in your local currency.
• You can also manually change the currency using the dropdown menu on the left side of the product page.
• You can also select your preferred currency on the Shop page, within the filters section.
• Applicable taxes (GST/HST) and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
• If you choose to pay in a currency other than CAD, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee.

🕒 When is Payment Collected?

Payment is charged immediately at the time of checkout. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully completed and verified.

📭 Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refunds for canceled or returned orders will be processed via the original method of payment.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
