Orders may experience delays due to various reasons such as missing tracking information, being in transit, or customs processing. The following country-specific delay timeframes apply:- A. United States: Orders are expected to be delivered within 45 days from the date they leave the shipping center. After this period, you may initiate a dispute for delayed orders.
- B. Canada: Orders shipped to Canada are expected to arrive within 60 days from the date they leave the shipping center. You may submit a support request for delays exceeding this timeframe.
2. Orders Not Received
If tracking information shows the order as delivered, refunds or reshipments will not be processed.
a. If your customers did not receive the package, a non-delivery certificate issued by the local post office with an official seal is required.
b. If the tracking information shows an Alert, the possible reasons include:
- Incorrect or insufficient address
- No such number
- Unknown recipient
- Refused
- Not picked up in time
- No safe delivery location
- Uncleared customs
- Others
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Fulfillment
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped by our supplier. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately with your order number, or submit a cancellation request through your account. After 6 hours, the order may already be in transit and cancellation may no longer be possible.1.2 After Fulfillment
Once your order has been processed or shipped by our supplier, it can no longer be canceled. However, once you receive the product, you may initiate a return request by contacting our support team or submitting a return through your account dashboard.2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within:- 30 days of delivery in Canada.
- 15 days of delivery in the United States (due to logistics handling speed and customs procedures).
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Not be a custom-made, personalized, or clearance/final sale item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:- Lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements)
- Health or personal care items
- Customized or engraved products
- Digital or downloadable products
- Gift cards
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received:- A damaged item
- A defective product
- Or a wrong item that does not match your order
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
- Issue a full refund
- Offer a replacement
- Provide store credit
5. Return Process
- Contact us to initiate a return. Returns must be authorized by our support team.
- You will be given a return address (may vary depending on the product origin).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
6. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- For orders shipped to the United States, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty.

9. Cross-Border Returns
Products may ship from international warehouses (e.g., China). Returns may need to be shipped back to a designated warehouse provided at the time of the return request. Customers are responsible for:- Customs duties or taxes on returned shipments.
