Order Delay Information

Orders may experience delays due to various reasons such as missing tracking information, being in transit, or customs processing. The following country-specific delay timeframes apply:

• A. United States: Orders are expected to be delivered within 45 days from the date they leave the shipping center. After this period, you may initiate a dispute for delayed orders.
• B. Canada: Orders shipped to Canada are expected to arrive within 60 days from the date they leave the shipping center. You may submit a support request for delays exceeding this timeframe.

2. Orders Not Received

If tracking information shows the order as delivered, refunds or reshipments will not be processed.

a. If your customers did not receive the package, a non-delivery certificate issued by the local post office with an official seal is required.

b. If the tracking information shows an Alert, the possible reasons include:

• Incorrect or insufficient address
• No such number
• Unknown recipient
• Refused
• Not picked up in time
• No safe delivery location
• Uncleared customs
• Others

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Fulfillment

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped by our supplier.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately with your order number, or
submit a cancellation request through your account.
After 6 hours, the order may already be in transit and cancellation may no longer be possible.

1.2 After Fulfillment

Once your order has been processed or shipped by our supplier, it can no longer be canceled.
However, once you receive the product, you may initiate a return request
by contacting our support team or submitting a return through
your account dashboard.

3. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with consumer protection regulations under:

• Canadian Consumer Protection Act (CCPA)
• U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) standards
• Provincial and state regulations where applicable
