- 🇺🇸 United States: Orders have a 30-day window for return or dispute after the shipment date.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and original materials must be included.
- Customized, personalized, or final-sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
Exceptions
- For items shipped from US warehouses, physical returns may not be accepted in some cases. In such cases, photo or video evidence may be required for a replacement (resend) or refund.
- Returns requested after the specified period or items that do not meet the above conditions will be refused.
2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- For orders shipped to the Kanada and United States, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty.
6. General Return Conditions
- Most products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
- All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team.

7. How to Initiate a Return
- Request a return or report an issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.Note: Customers can ship the product back within 30 calendar days for Canada and 30 calendar days for the USA.
- The fastest way: Log into your account, go to your order details, and click the “Request a Return” button to follow the instructions.
- Alternatively, email us at support@trendthose.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and (if applicable) the return shipping address.
- ⚠ Important: Our products may ship from multiple supplier warehouses, so returns must be sent to the correct location. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or not refunded.
8. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days of return inspection approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
- Returns without approval or incomplete items may not be refunded or may incur a restocking fee.
9. Category-Specific Return Guidelines
Electronics
- Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- Devices must be free of personal data and accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google ID).
- Missing serial numbers or tampered items are not eligible for return.
10. Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns or issue reports must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery and require approval before sending any item.Note: Customers can ship the product back within 30 calendar days for Canada and 30 calendar days for the USA.
- Return requests must include photos of the item clearly showing its unused condition.
- Free returns may not be available for all items. Some limited edition or clearance items may be subject to a return shipping deduction.

11. Jewelry & Watches
- Must be returned with certificates of authenticity and original packaging.
- Used, resized, or altered items are not eligible for return.
12. Baby Products and Toys
- Items must be unopened and in new condition.
- All returns must be requested within the standard return period: 30 days for Canada and 30 days for the USA.
- Breast pumps can only be returned if unopened and the factory seals are intact.
13. Customized or Personalized Items
- Not eligible for return unless defective or significantly different from the description.
- We do not accept returns for items with customer-provided errors (e.g., spelling).
14. Home, Kitchen & Décor
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Large items may require special return arrangements.
15. Open Box / Warehouse Clearance Items

- We will provide instructions for return and offer a full refund or a replacement (resend) at no additional cost to you.
3. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, customization, and digital content reasons, some items are not eligible for return or refund. Please review the list below carefully before making your purchase:- Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been made to order or customized with names, messages, colors, or any customer-specific request cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Downloadable Digital Products: All sales of digital goods such as e-books, software, and downloadable content are final. We are unable to offer refunds once the item has been downloaded or accessed.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
- Opened Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, personal care items, and beauty products cannot be returned if opened or used.
- Perishable Goods: Items that have a limited shelf life, such as food, plants, or other perishables, are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- If you paid via PayPal, the refund will typically appear in your PayPal account immediately after approval.

6. Exchanges (Product Replacement)
