1. Manufacturer Responsibility

All products listed on our platform are supplied by third-party manufacturers or authorized distributors. While TrendThose acts as a retail intermediary, the manufacturer remains primarily responsible for the quality, safety, and performance of the products. We facilitate communication and claims between the buyer and the manufacturer when necessary.

2. Certifications & Compliance

All items must comply with applicable national and international standards. The following certifications may be required depending on product category and destination country:

• CE, FCC, RoHS, FDA, or similar compliance certificates
• Conformity with Health Canada or U.S. CPSC standards
• Product Safety, Electrical Safety, and Cosmetic Safety regulations

All suppliers are required to provide valid documentation upon request.

3. Warranty & Technical Support

• Products may carry a standard manufacturer’s warranty (usually 6–12 months), unless otherwise specified.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• Buyers must provide evidence of defect (photo, video, or written description).
• TrendThose assists with warranty claims but is not responsible for replacement or repair decisions.

4. Returns & Exchanges for Manufacturer Defects

• Customers must report defects within 14 days of delivery.
• Valid proof of defect must be submitted for review.
• Approved cases may result in refund, exchange, or repair based on the manufacturer’s policy.
• Return shipping costs may be covered, depending on the supplier.

5. Packaging & Branding

• Products must be shipped in original and unopened manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated.
• OEM or white-label products must be disclosed in the product description.
• No counterfeit or unauthorized branding is allowed.

6. Manufacturer Transparency

Manufacturer details may be shared with customers in cases involving warranty, defect, or compliance inquiries. Otherwise, TrendThose acts as the main point of contact.

7. Disclaimer

TrendThose makes every effort to ensure accuracy of manufacturer-supplied data but is not liable for errors originating from supplier or manufacturer content. The responsibility for legal, safe, and compliant manufacturing rests with the original manufacturer.
