Where is my order?
If you received your dispatch email, your order is on the way. You can track it here.
If not, contact our support team.
Why is my order late?
Deliveries happen between 8 AM and 9 PM. Delays can occur. If your delivery is late, contact us with your order number.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Orders are processed immediately. You can’t edit or cancel them after placing. You may return items via our Refund & Return Policy.
Missing item(s) from my order
Some items may ship separately. If you believe something is missing, contact us.
Tracking says returned to sender. What now?
Delivery failed. Your parcel will return to our warehouse. Refunds are processed in 14–21 days. You can leave delivery instructions with the carrier for next time.
I received a faulty item. What do I do?
Contact us within 30 days via our form. Include order number, item name/code, and a photo of the issue.
Refunds not available for opened cosmetics, pierced jewelry, face masks, swimwear, or lingerie (if hygiene seal is broken).

My Package Was Delivered to the Wrong Address — What Should I Do?
If your package was delivered to the wrong address, please
log in to your account
and review the shipping address you entered at checkout.
If the address is incorrect, update it immediately to avoid future issues.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses that were entered by the customer.
If your address was correct and the package is still missing, contact our support team at

so we can help investigate further.
