1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship our products to customers across the United States and Canada. All shipments are dispatched from our authorized fulfillment centers using reliable, tracking-enabled postal and courier services.

2. Fulfillment Centers & Warehouses

To provide you with a wide variety of trending products, we ship from strategic locations based on your region:

Domestic & Regional Warehouses (CA): Items are stocked and shipped directly from our partner fulfillment centers in the United States and Canada.
International Fulfillment Center: To offer a broader selection, some of our products are shipped directly from our international partner fulfillment centers.
Important Notice: If stock is unavailable across our domestic and international warehouses for your ordered item, the order will be promptly canceled and fully refunded.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed, verified, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Shipping Timeframes & Delivery Estimates

Actual estimated delivery timeframes for each item are explicitly displayed on the individual product page before purchase. Depending on the warehouse origin dispatching your order, the following standard delivery estimates apply:

Canada Warehouse Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 12 business days from the dispatch date.
International Fulfillment Center Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 to 18 business days from the dispatch date.

Note: Delivery times may be subject to minor delays due to carrier backlogs, extreme weather, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.

5. Shipping Costs & Rates

We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing without hidden surprises at checkout:

Free Standard Shipping Option: We are proud to offer a Free Standard Shipping option on eligible products across our store.
Alternative Shipping Options: Depending on the specific product, destination, and your preferences, alternative paid faster shipping options may also be available.
The exact shipping costs and available methods will always be clearly displayed on the product page and during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.

6. Order Tracking

Every package we ship comes with full, end-to-end tracking:

Once your package is handed over to the courier, an automated email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the tracking portal will be sent to you.
You can also monitor your order directly through our website by visiting our Order Tracking page. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

7. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Trend Those is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Delivery Issues: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us at support@trendthose.com
