1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Fulfillment

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped by our fulfillment partners. To request an immediate cancellation, please contact our customer support with your order number, or submit a cancellation request through your customer account.

After 6 hours, the order may already be processed and in transit, meaning cancellation at this stage is no longer possible.

1.2 After Fulfillment

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, once you receive the product, you are welcome to initiate a 30-day return request in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Order Delivery Expectations & Warehouse Dispatch

We process and ship orders directly from our strategic global fulfillment centers to ensure optimal delivery speeds. Actual delivery timeframes for each product are dynamically calculated and explicitly displayed on the individual item’s product page during purchase.

Depending on the dispatch origin, the following standard delivery timeframes apply:

• Canada Warehouse Dispatch: Estimated delivery within 3 to 12 business days.
• International Fulfillment Center Dispatch: Estimated delivery within 4 to 18 business days.
• Lost Package Guarantee: If your package experiences an extraordinary transit delay and has not arrived within 45 calendar days from the dispatch date, it will be considered lost in transit. You are fully entitled to request a free reshipment or a full refund.

3. Package Delivery Issues (Orders Not Received)

If the carrier’s tracking system marks your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend taking the following steps before contacting us:

• Verify the accuracy of the shipping address provided in your order confirmation.
• Check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office.

Note: Trend Those is not liable for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier. For unresolved delivery issues, customers may be required to provide a non-delivery confirmation from their local carrier.
