Seller Terms and Operational Policy — Trend Those Ltd.
This document outlines the rules, expectations, and responsibilities for all sellers using the TrendThose.com platform. By registering and offering products or services through Trend Those Ltd., sellers agree to comply with all the terms below. Non-compliance may result in account suspension, withheld payments, or legal consequences.1. Seller Registration and Approval Process
- All sellers must complete the application form and submit the required documents to sell on TrendThose.
- Identity verification, business information, and bank account details will be requested during onboarding.
- Applications are reviewed by TrendThose management. Rejected applications may not be provided with a justification.
2. Product Listing and Responsibility
- Sellers may only list legal, original, and permitted products.
- Product descriptions, images, and pricing must be accurate and not misleading.
- Counterfeit, fake, or prohibited items will result in immediate suspension without notice.
3. Order Processing and Shipping
- Orders must be confirmed within 24 hours and shipped within 2 business days.
- Tracking numbers must be uploaded promptly; buyers should be notified via system.
- Late, canceled, or incomplete deliveries are monitored and may lead to account restrictions.
4. Returns and Cancellations
- Buyers may return products in accordance with TrendThose’s return policy.
- Sellers must accept valid return requests. If the item is defective or incorrect, the seller bears the return shipping cost.
- In case of disputes, TrendThose’s resolution will be considered final.
5. Commissions and Payments
- TrendThose deducts a commission from each successful sale based on the applicable rate.
- Payouts are processed within 7 business days after delivery is confirmed and no dispute is open.
- Commission rates may be adjusted. Sellers will be notified in advance of such changes.
6. Customer Communication and Service Quality
- Sellers must maintain professional, respectful, and solution-focused communication with customers.
- Negative reviews and support complaints may lead to account review or suspension.
- Failure to respond to customers or support within 48 hours may result in penalties.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
- Infringing listings may be removed without notice, and repeated violations may lead to account termination.
8. Account Security and Platform Violations
- Sellers are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their login information and activities on their account.
- Any fraudulent activity such as fake reviews or manipulated orders will result in permanent ban.
- TrendThose may withhold funds or restrict account access in case of serious violations.
9. Legal Compliance
- Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in their operating region.
- TrendThose is not responsible for the legal or financial consequences of a seller’s individual business practices.
10. Policy Updates
- TrendThose reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
- The most recent version will always be available in the Seller Dashboard and on the official website.
